How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express (1–2 days) available at checkout. Orders before 12pm dispatched same day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40. Under £40 is £3.99 flat.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently UK only. International shipping coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking link. Also track via your account dashboard.

Are your products smoke-free?
Yes — completely smoke-free. Our reed diffusers, wax melts and room sprays deliver authentic Arabian fragrance without smoke or ash.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Typically 8–12 weeks. Flip the reeds 2–3 times per week for stronger scent.
How do I use wax melts?
Place 1–2 cubes in an electric or tea-light wax warmer. Each cube lasts approximately 8–10 hours.
What is Oud?
Oud (agarwood) is one of the world’s most prized natural fragrances — rich, woody and slightly sweet, from the resinous heartwood of Aquilaria trees across the Middle East.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days. Email hello@arabianaromas.co.uk with your order number.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email hello@arabianaromas.co.uk within 48 hours with order number and photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
3–5 business days back to your original payment method once we receive the return.
