Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our London studio. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking so you can follow your parcel.
- UK delivery — £5.00. Free on all UK orders over £40.
- International delivery — £30.00 flat rate. We currently ship to the United States and Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier services, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please email info@arabianaromas.co.uk before returning anything so we can confirm the return address and process it quickly. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Photos of the damage help us resolve it faster. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We’ll email you to confirm.
Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
