Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Arabian Aromas (arabianaromas.co.uk), you agree to these terms. Arabian Aromas is a trading name operated from London, United Kingdom.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via WooPayments, PayPal, and Clearpay. Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund issued.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact hello@arabianaromas.co.uk before returning any item. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

Arabian Aromas collects and uses your personal data (name, address, email) solely to process and fulfil your orders. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
